We collect state sales tax when shipping to the states of WI, IL, MN and MI.

Shipping Policy

We use the following shipping options:
UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air

All merchandise purchased through this site are F.O.B. at Stoughton, WI. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Edge One to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.

How do we Ship?

We normally ship orders within 72 hours with UPS Ground. Orders requesting UPS Next Day and Second Day Air service should be placed no later than 12:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday by calling our office at 1-800-423-3343. Please be aware that our factory and shipping facilities are open Monday through Friday, and we are unable to fulfill Monday delivery times for orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Friday and any time Saturday or Sunday.

What is our return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your product supplies purchase, simply call us within 14 calendar days of receipt at 1-800-423-3343 for a Return Authorization Number. Then, return your product to us. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, an the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:
1. For all returns for credit, Edge One must receive all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days from the purchase date will be treated as a return for exchange and no credit will be issued. 2. All packages must be sent to Edge One boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the original order. 3. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals. 4. A 25% restocking fee may apply. 5. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. 6. Custom product orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Out of Stock?

In the rare instance an item is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you. We ship complete orders and wait until an out of stock item becomes available. You may cancel an order with a back-ordered item at any time prior to fulfillment by calling Customer Service at 800-423-3343.

You may also e-mail us at customerservice@edgeone.com. Provide the name to where it was shipped, (company, home, friend, etc.) and the shipping zip code, with approximate date of order. Be sure not to include any financial information, including a credit card number, in your email.

Damaged in Delivery

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:

United Parcel Service (UPS) — Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report. Request that UPS return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and we’ll arrange for reorder or credit.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, call the Customer Service Department. Avail. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (CENT), Monday – Friday, at: 800-423-3343. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable.
