We are pleased to announce that effective December 31, 2018, Edge One headquartered in Stoughton WI acquired Automated Business Machines, LLC headquartered in Toledo OH.
This is a very exciting event for both companies, for our employees and our customers. Our greatest assets have always been our people and customers, and by joining forces we have just made a huge increase in our personalized sales and on-site service areas. Our enlarged coverage area includes the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Eastern Indiana.
We are forging a new company with enhanced experience and expertise. Edge One specializes in NCR ATM Solutions and ABM specializes in Currency, Coin and Check Handling Solutions. Our merger will create a more comprehensive infrastructure with faster response times. It will also produce an expanded base of highly qualified Sales and Service Technicians which translates into better service and preferred pricing for our customers.
This is a merger of two highly compatible firms. Our companies have worked together frequently in the past, and we are longtime personal friends. We hold similar values and philosophies on doing business: producing excellent solutions for Financial Institutions, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity, and the importance of providing positive solutions.
Our companies will retain their individual identities but will now operate as one consolidated company. You will continue working with and relying on the same people, maintain the same personal working relationships, and continue to receive the same excellent customer service.

Edge One is pleased to announce it has added another product to its portfolio of currency handling solutions in their retail division – Credit Card Processing!
As a registered Member Service Provider with MasterCard and Visa, we are now proud to offer the same customer-focused service in the Credit Card Processing segment as we have in the ATM division over the past 20 years.
Our Credit Card Processing product will allow our customers the advantage of accepting credit cards in many different ways. For example, Apple and Android pay means the customer can leave their wallets at home. Gift & Loyalty solutions will help attract and keep customers coming to the site and straight forward, competitive rates, along with statement evaluation, will definitely be a benefit for our new and current customers.

EXPRESS ATM PARTNERSHIP WITH EDGE ONE
I am pleased to announce the partnership of Express ATM Services Inc., with Edge One, allowing for the combination of two market leaders to create a powerful ATM service provider.
This is a merger of two innovative and professional companies which hold similar values and philosophies for doing business. We expect to accomplish excellent results for our customers, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity and the importance of maintaining positive customer satisfaction. In the near future, our customers will receive additional information on the extended capabilities that this new partnership will provide.
With this new merger, everyone can still rely on the same personal working relationships that currently exist and will continue to receive uninterrupted service, as well as all existing contracts remaining in place. Our customers will still have access to the same people and can depend on the same high quality service that Express ATM has always provided but with the addition of Edge One’s dedicated and knowledgeable staff. We understand that this merger represents a change in company structure, but we want to ensure everyone that our services will not be negatively affected in any way, as we are committed to making our collective services stronger through this merger.
All of Express office and cellular phone numbers will remain the same with only change being that the office phone answering services will be re-directed to Edge One’s Customer Service Center. This will ensure that all customer phone calls are answered promptly without delay in order to minimize service disruptions.
